Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh passed away on 9 April 2021 age 99.
This is a sad event though he had lived a wonderful and glorious life. My image and recollection of him are based solely on the Netflix series The Crown. They may be inaccurate. It prompted me to read some books on the British monarchy.
This book is a short affordable book on 7 jubilees held for George III, Victoria, George V and Queen Elizabeth II. The history is concisely presented. The pictures excellent.
The next Jubilee will be Queen ELIZABETH II ‘s Platinum jubilee in June 2022. It will be a historic event to savour.
