The Palace Museum HK branch pales in comparison with the Palace Museum in Peking and Taipeh National Museum.
Having visited the latter two recently, as well as a private museum in Gurney Paragon, I can say you can safely skip the Palace Museum HK.
Its bookshop cum souvenir shop is also poor in terms of stock. The number of English books can be counted in one palm.
