It is not clear why this collection of speeches, papers, and articles by the late Tun Abdul Hamid Mohammad (2016), mantan Ketua Hakim Negara, is titled as above.
I find speeches, keynote addresses, and articles more useful than commentary on judgments. After all, one can read the judgments oneself.

It is different and more useful if the article is a review of an area of law based on the judgments of a judge.

This collection is very good. Interesting speeches are on topics such as the Supreme Court decision in Che Omar, which held that the term ‘Islam’ in Article 3 of the Constitution means only such acts as relate to rituals and ceremonies, and whether the prohibitions on wearing a purdah in office and a turban in school are against Article 11 or the Constitution.
