The Tibetan History Reader is an anthology of essays on Tibet. It complements Sources of Tibetan Tradition, which is a collection of 180 mainly Tibetan works translated into English.

Included in these 180 works are a few Chinese, Islamic, and Western works on Tibet from the 7th to 10th centuries.

Both books are for readers keen to have a deeper appreciation of Tibetan culture and history. Not recommended for beginners.
